Developed in 2006 Thank A Farmer Day is interactive school programs that teach and celebrates America's most important producer --- the American farmer. Our goal is to have a Natl. "Thank A Farmer Day" recognized and celebrated in our U.S. schools. In today's society most children know very little about the importance of the farmer and the farmer's contributions to their lives. From the books and crayons they use, to the clothes they wear, the food they eat and everything they touch daily, there is a direct connection to an American farmer. These programs increase awareness by providing educational information in a fun way that make children want to learn, thus retain more. Using magic, music, juggling with interactive media delivered by professional speakers make the assembly not only educational, but also very entertaining. |
